Im also having the same isssue with tds models. i have downloaded and made my own load config files but naming them to get them to show is impossible for me.

I wonder if you can shorten the aircraft title in the aircraft.cfg without causing any issues with the aircraft itself? But, make a backup of the original aircraft.cfg before making any changes.
Shorten the title to something like "TDS Boeing 787-10 RR"...without the quotation marks though. Test to see if the aircraft loads properly in FS9. If so, then make the payload .ini title the same name as the aircraft.cfg title for that aircraft. Test again by starting a FsP flight.
