PMDG 747 Cargo won't load

Hi. I've tried loading another AC and restarting flightsim several times...But I can't get FSP to load the cargo model...The passenger model loads fine...any ideas?

Which version of the 747 are you using? Is it the latest version for Fs9 or FSX? Also, have you tried different payload models from the More Downloads section?

I have the latest version of FSP and FS9/FSX...This is the cargo version of the PMDG 747...

I can't make it to the payload part because FSP won't even load the plane to begin with. The Passenger version loads OK.

This still doesn't answer the question. Which one are you trying to load? FS9 or FSX version? You say that you can't make it to the payload part. I'm confused. Does the cargo version of the 747 even load into the sim?

Hi. Yes I'm using the PMDG Cargo FS9 version...The plane loads but FSP won't recognize it...Pax version works fine.

Ok, it seems there is a discrepancy between payload model .ini name and the aircraft title. Make sure both are the same. Whatever the .ini name is, change the aircraft title to the exact payload .ini name in the aircraft .cfg. This should make FsP recognize the payload model. It's the quirk of FS9 and FsP. I remember having to do this for a number of aircraft when I used FS9.

Are you sure that you have the correct payload model for the freighter?

Thanks for your answer. Yes, the model is from Fpax I tried to used different models, but not one works...
IN fact I received 3 messages and not possible to send you by photo, but I resume those: 1) about Aircraft repair utility (Missing standard declaration in Aircraft.cfg) I chose to Yes Correct this aircraft and fly with it.
2) Successful update - please reload aircraft.
3) Aircraft updated but change not recognize.

And no more response after do it many times, same messages consecutives, and on, and on...

Yes I tried but doesn't work neither and same messages:
1) Aircraft repair utility (Missing standard declaration in Aircraft.cfg) 
2) Successful update - please reload aircraft.
3) Aircraft updated but change not recognize.
