I am loving the realism, not the stress, that FSP brings to by flights now. So I have had to relearn some things about flying that I may have been getting away with. My question below is not FSP specific but how to avoid the over 250kts below 10'000 MSL. My technique is way off on this now. Before without limiting the speed I could take off no problem, never stalled. But now trying to stay within 250kts and getting a clean climb out is horribly difficult now.
My natural leaning is to not stall or crash so I am always overspeeding by adding more power, otherwise I start dropping out the sky if I limit power to stay below 250kts. What am I doing wrong?
I am flying the POSKY 738.
I also noticed that if I don't use auto-throttle for power on takeoff and use manual I tend to use much more runway for take off, almost all of 18C in KCLT. That is a huge difference from before.
I also used a lot more flaps before 15%, but now just 3 notches.
My procedure is:
Another question, is there a tolerance in FSP for exceeding 250kts below 10'000 MSL? Meaning you have to exceed for xx amount of minutes or is it absolute 251kts for a millisecond and penalty?
Thanks for bearing with this long post your help is greatly appreciated. I feel like i am learning to fly all over again. Unlearning bad habits I guess.

My procedure is:
- Full power (manual)
- Rotate at 150kts+ (varies)
- Have to pull back really hard to get nose up.
- As i am adjusting for gears, hdg, altitude AP this is where power gets away from me and goes above 250kts, before I can get auto-throttle set.
