question about datasheet

hello all here goes hope i make sense

i start a flight

(press Alt) click FsPassengers
[drop down list appears]

i click start flight it brings up a screen were you load your passengers and cargo
click [load real time]

then [loading 100%]

then a new screen opens called (something Data Sheet)

were you can enter comments and take off speeds

now if you click passengers list
you see all the names and across to the right

(CHEACKING - BOARDING)

Always has X under both how can i get this to work

also since using FsP when ever i contact ATC to ask for Takeoff Clearance i get

you are cleared to ???? airport as filed blah blah clearance void 30 minutes from now
what dose that mean and how can i stop it so i don't have to sit there for 30 Min's every flight

I've also wondered about the Checkin - boarding myself, so far I don't think it's doing anything. But one thing I haven't tried yet, is to 1st open
the door, then go to start FsPassengers, load passengers, cargo and fuel, load realtime. Maybe then it will do something, but I can't check it yet
since i'm in the middle of a flight.

This means that from the time you get this message, you have 30 minutes to takeoff and be on your way. If you wait more than 30 minutes, then your
clearance will be canceled. As far as I know, timed clearances are always 30 minutes, and you only get them at uncontrolled airports.
