This evening I was in-route to Johnston Atol from Kona, Everything was going great. I was crusing at FL012 at about 220kts which is a little less than
normal for this A/C. I was just about to make a soft left turn changing course by only about 3 degrees and suddenly, The "CRASH" window pops up...I'm
very confused at this point...but I click "OK" to view the crash Dialouge and this is what I get.
(crash report is reduced to be more forum friendly)

Crash! The aircraft was destroyed in flight at an altitude of 11498ft due to extreme flight conditions. Many lives were lost - your fault. (-850)
[Extreme flight conditions....I usually fly that ol' tub at 18,000ft and I've made that trip like 8 times in that very aircraft...it should've been
routine]
Has anything like this ever happened to anyone of you guys? I canceled the flight..But I'd still like to know what happened. I had done the 25th hour
maintenence about 4 hours (flight time) before the crash and even though the Airframe of that aircraft had 7000+ hous on it when I bought it, the
purchaseing info said it was well maintained...sooo...what do you think happened?
