Ariane Purchase

About 3 weeks ago I purchased the 737-900 boxed set from Ariane's website. The money has been taken out of my account, I've sent
multiple emails to them asking about it but not only has my purchase not come, but they havn't answered any of those Emails. Anyone
have any experience with this company and maybe have any answers?

I've seen a few Ariane's posts on the forum here and it seems the have second to none customer support.

I've heard a lot of bad things about Ariane, but best of luck on your purchase.
I heard their customer support is by far one, if not THE worst around.

Well, I've heard more bad than good about Ariane, which is why I haven't purchased anything from them. Man, for the price you pay, you'd
think they would hand deliver a CD or DVD of their product!

From other posts I have read the person who started/owns the company has stolen other peoples freeware works, modified them a little, and sells them
off a ridiculous pricing; apparently he (the owner) was convicted of this and was told that he was not allowed to sell his wares anymore ... so much
for that. As Mud said: caveat emptor.

I was almost one of the buyers but from the great advise here on the forum I learned it was better not getting it . there are many topics on
avsim as said above about the service from the "company"

Hmmm, if the developer was banned from selling the product, why is it still being sold on places like Flightsim.com and SimMarket?
Maybe I'm not clear about this.

I figured that since it was shown on AVSIM and FlightSim that I couln't go wrong purchasing from the company. I really want that aircraft...I
will keep emailing them till I hear word. The site shows it supposed to take 14 days at most to get shipped. Its been 3 weeks and I still
havn't received it.

That stinks, Chris. Maybe you can call your credit card company and reverse the charges since the company has not delivered as
promised...virtually has broken its contract with you.
