Hey Guys!
Just had a strange landing on RWY 28 at Dublin INTL in a Boeing 737-800. There were slight crosswinds and I did the normal procedure for landing. Upon
touchdown, I landed as usual. However, the aircraft started to turn to the left. I immiediately pushed the Left Toe Brake and pushed the rudder
forwards to the left, as well as the ailerons, and still the aircraft would not get back to the centre of the runway. I had to increase the power of
the left engine to avoid the aircraft going off the runway. Obviosuly something is not wright here as the rudder itself being pushed the left should
have made the aircraft get back to the centre of the runway. Any ideas on why I had to go to these measures to keep the 738 going off the runway?
Regards,
Alex
