I wish a button in loading window that loads all, all passemgers of all classes and all cargo with only one click
So you don't have to click each cursor to load .
T/A and T/L managemant as real: T/A can be different from T/L and T/A and T/L of departure airport can be different from T/A and T/L of arrival airport.

EDIT: last but not least: we shold be able to save recursively the flight and the relative FSP progress (i mean the state of FSP flight in that moment), in case of FS crash.

All of these issues besides the "auto-load" have been discussed before.

An "auto-load all" button wouldn't work for most aircraft. Keep in mind that MOST aircraft (commercial jetliners) cannot carry max PAX,
and max cargo (plus the required fuel amount). These weight issues have been discussed before.

About the loading button I didn't thnk to exclude cursors, you can have cursors that are the main way to load and a button that
push all cursors to full load position.
This button can be used or not..
You also can use the button and bush back cursors you want/need to move

Welcome to society today when we want something implemented that takes 5 seconds of our life less time to do

I personally like to manage my pax, cargo, and fuel loads. Sometimes even if I can hold 10 pax, I leave them all behind to make the flight
a cargo run. Sometimes I load it to 100% and have less fuel (like bush flights thinking Im transporting a group of wayward moose
hunters, or a supply run with a few scientists on board)

I really think it's an unnecessary addition as well! I can custom-load the aircraft with fuel, cargo, and PAX in a matter of seconds. Why
have a button auto-load for me?

You also mentioned that you'd like to "auto-fully load" the aircraft, then adjust it from there. Is it just me, or am I missing the point in this?
Isn't it the same as dragging the sliders all the way to the "right", then adjusting?

I've never said nothing about auto fully load that adjust for me the effective full load capacity of plane relative to the fuel on board.
Simply, a button that push all cursors to the bottom (end? sorry but english is not my language) , that's what I was meaning.
You can set also a clickable area, instead a proper button.
