I was wondering if any one has got it to work, as sometimes I don't feel like programming the FMC.
Is there there a way to use FSNAV with PMDG aircraft?

Good luck on that. I've always exported the FS Nav flight plan into the PMDG module and then input the coroute in the fmc. From there it's
just a matter of the small stuff like ZFW,etc. It really doesn't take that long to do.

Well for me I will have to re purchase the program as the FMC lost it's airport data base and I was hoping I could get by until i budget for
replacement of those expensive aircraft.

No, its not possible, FSNav wont function with addons properly and with the PMDG the last i had tried it, it disabled the FSNav A/P altogether

Just take a few minutes to activate the flight plan within the FMC and then do the incidental things afterwards. It really doesn't take that much time to accomplish.

I tried to somehow load the default fs2004 flightplan into the fmc but it did not work, is that possible at all? and how does that work with the FSNav fp? Entering all the waypoints by hand really would take ages if your fp has more than 50 entries. Greetings Victor

Victor...have you downloaded the PMDG export module from FSNav's website? It's for the 737 but works for the 747 as well. When you
have your route planned through FSNAV, export it to the PMDG 737 module and then type in your coroute as this example shows in the FMC: KMEMKMIA001 and then activate the route on your FMC. It's that simple. Let me know if you have any other problems.

hey Joeflyer,
thanks for your advice it worked out perfectly, i did not notice the pmdg module on fsnav site before but now it is working. But it looks like i am staying on ground for the rest of the weekend because i did not expect the fmc that much complicated. i need to study it more How do you go through the routine of programing the fmc? Thanks again and nice week end to all victor
