my ATC strikes

my atc doesn't say anymore the heading that I have to fly ,but they still say that I have to go to the assigned altitude , but I remember that
when I was 2 min in the air that they said already to change direction but now they don't do this anymore . any solution for this ?

Had the same problem when approaching Ft. de France (TFFF). Didn´t get an order to turn. Don´t know what caused the problem. On the next flight
everything was allright.

is the heading order followed by 'proceed on course'?

After take-off, yes. When you are on approach it doesn´t appear.
