Just thought I'd mention the flight plan I use when testing new aircraft or manoeuvres: LFLL-LSGG.
The flight takes you from Lyon Intl, France to Geneva Intl., Switzerland and is just over 60 mi. You usually take off on runway 36 and land on
RW 5 so it's ideal for testing block flight times, etc..
Using the global mesh found at simaviation and/or the Switzerland Professional scenery add-on, the terrain is also interesting enough to contain
boredom if you fly over it often enough.
And, as an added bonus, you'll be flying over Dan's house each time you land!
Anyone else got a favorite test route?
