FS9 To FS X Problem

Have recently swished over from FS9 to FSX, I have installed SP1 and SP2 updates but should I havealso installed SP1a as well.
If so will I have to uninstall SP2 then install SP1a and then finally reinstall SP2 sort this out or will it require a full FSX reinstall.

Any advice much appreciated,

Usually if you try to install SP2 and you don't have SP1, the installer would tell you to install SP1 first. I would install in this order: -->FSX-->SP1-->SP1a-->SP2-->Any addons bar FSP--
