How come after spend few hundred thousand Rupiah to get serial number, i cannot use it when i update the software. please give me a way/ thx

I have exactly the same problem, I just update the program last day after purchased the product but now I cannot use my serial number

mails sent to both....
remember the username is case sensitive if it's not copied exactly as showed in the mail it will not work... Also please try to keep your code at a safe place you need it for upgrade... Dan |
