You will have all the failures 'available' without renaming the manual_congif file to cfg extension. The manual_failure.bak is only there to force
some of the failures to happen. In the manual_failure file, when renamed to .cfg, you can set certain failures to happen by editing this file and set
the entry :
SelectManualFailure=
to any of the numbers mentioned in the list in that file.
So, if you just want all possible failures to occur once in a while, just in the setup adjust the failure rate to your liking (like 10% or so) and
leave the manual_failure.BAK file without renaming it.
