Refund Request

Hello,

I buyed the game from FlightSim and would like to have my money back because always when I'm cruising (even at 1x) the FSP freezes the window and then i receive the
message "not allowed warp"... You guys have no idea how frustrating it is... You should at least read about Game Design before implementing something that is so buggy
like that.

Hope you guys refund me at least...

Never had anything like this happen, most buggy I had is flaps penalties permanently occurring. To even try and help before a refund we need to see the logs
know the is and what version of flight sim you are using. You should have tried the demo first to make sure the fsp will work for you, it clearly says on the
store page about a demo and ten you wouldn't be here asking for a refund.

Wouldn't the refund have to be handled through FlightSimStore anyways, since that's the retailer?

So asking for a refund on forum here seems a complete miss, unless it's some digital Munchausen syndrome.
