Fs Passengers crahes in almost every flight

Without FsP installed, are you able to run the sim for more than an hour while accessing menus,etc?
I'm running out of questions related to your set-up with -SE. Again, I don't have -SE and am only familiar with some of the issues people have posted
here and got resolved. It can possibly be one small thing that is fouling up your experience with FsP that neither one of us are able to pin-point. I
hope others can get involved with this to help out....especially those with -SE.

Sometimes the steam edition randomly choses to crash for no reason. I have had this happen to me countless of times with and without fsp. The weirdest I've
had is an c++ runtime error!

Tnx Sam, I really think that the problems as mentioned by the OP are caused by Steam and not FsP.
I'm following this thread, and a lot of others, escpecially because every time again I do hear people complaning about
these kind of isssues.

Let me explain: Some weeks ago I build a new system:

MSI B85-G43 S1150 B85 4xDDR3 ATX
Intel Core i5-4460, 3.2Ghz, 6MB
Crucial SSD BX100 500 GB
MSI GeForce GTX 960, 2GB, Gaming
Ballistix Sport 16GB(2x8GB) DDR3 1600MHz
W7 home premium 64

FSX runs fine, also FSP ( NOT STEAM VERSION) and with some addons. No crashes at all!
I also like to play COD advanced warfare (Bought the Steam version). Basicly the reason to build a new system

And every time again, can took 5 minutes or 2 hours, at some point the game will crash!
Indeed I've seen the C++ error also and Nvidia grafic kernel isssues etc etc.

as gdoumou says, you dont have the time and the possibility to make a screenshot because system is locked !

So I think that as long you "play" FSX / FSP and whatever game without steam all goes fine.......

The problem there for me is that I play on steam multiplayer servers and I would lose out on lovely aircraft when usingnmy boxed version of fsx, deluxe
edition, such as the f-18. By extetion a lot of my addons too.

Did you maybe just as me, installed Steam games on your SSD?
Just removed all Steam games from ssd and re-installed on hdd partition, just for a test.
So far no problem, no more crashes like black screen and kernel issues etc etc
Need to test more. Keep you informed.

Win XP sp3 on a 137gb serial hdd

Nevertheless, was testing cod on hdd partition for hours no more problems, finally.
Still no solution for the OP, so havent got a clue what's his problem.
Can only suggest a complete new install.

Yes. XP. Its ancient. The computer I'm using was built for XP, of course hardware has varied over the many years but it pretty much ancient. I wish I could get
a better computer but I run into the problem of lack of funds.
