i did 38 flights and crashed created new pilot did 17 flights now flight 18 and 19 are not logged and i get
this message.

i did the steps , now i have error 10000 on unlocking.
i dont now why i have to go trough this , it worked fine before.

i stil have my evidence i paid for the program.

Best thing for you to do is to mail Dan using the forum's contact function detailing your problem and giving him a copy of the payment reciept.

ik i did, to the sales and dan email.

i remeber me installing the old fsp for fs9 , i believe it screwed my fsx fspassengers. dam fs9. i uninstalled fs9 fsp , in case.

One thing I can suggest that you do...uninstall FsP, reboot your pc... re-install FsP and then enter your serial code. That's one possible solution
that some people have had success with. Or, have you done this step already?

yeehaaaa, i did wat you say. and it works.
i uninstalled.
i shutdown my pc.
i reset my router , becose ip blocked of too many attempts.
started my pc .
went to the fsx cfg and deleted the thrusted entrys of fspassengers x
went to my router firewall and set it to accept inbound and outbound. and set my DMZ to on.
and shutted down my firewall and antivirus.
did a fresh install.
filled my unlock code and, yeehaaa.

thnx man.

now before that i copyed my database to my desktop. can i just paste it back?

I'm confused here about your database. I understood from your first internal message that you didn't make a backup of your database. If you did save
it, good for you. Just copy it back to the FsP folder.

i did a short flight and its back normal.
i readed abaut backing up and restoring the database , i still have the info in database so i made a copy .
i runned the installer withthout uninstalling before so i didn loose my flights
when uninstallin i new it was goin to delete my flights so i made a copy of it first,lol..
and did the uninstall and install as you explained. but the fsx cfg was my idea.

tonight i goin to paste the database and write on the forum if it worked out,
for now its back up and running , a brick that was stuck in my head is gone , i am happy , few.

ok i putted my old database in it .
the flights and rewards are ok , but the flight log are not ok , if i click on a earlyer flight it says unable to find flight id.
tryd to export them to fspassengers va, unable to find flight in log file or somthing, so i putted the fresh database back in place and i
was able to look to the flight log and able to export.

seems i gone use my fresh company for now. pilot number 3 ,lol.

Ok, in this case, zip up the old database and attach it to an email to Dan. he can repair the database. In the email, describe exactly the problem and
he will try to correct it. Don't leave out any details
