Just purchased and installed passengers with FSX (had FSX for a long time and found it too boring) after a friend suggested it and i have
to say its great! Congratulations to the author,really you should be proud of this addon!

I am a completely novice pilot , just started with a cesna as thats all i can fly as a student pilot and have racked up 3 hours in it.

I know someone else who lives FSX and his office looks like the inside of a airplane with all the authentic controls
and uses a projector for the screen.....i know he uses various add on sceneray packages and his visuals look way better than mine by a
long way,although he does not run fspassengers.

I run with every setting maxed out at a resolution of 1920x1080.
My Hardware is also alot higher spec wise than his and is as follows

i7 @ 3.8ghz
6gb ram
2xGTX295 (Sli)

My question is this........

What addons work with fspassengers and will give me the best experiance,i have no problems paying for something thats worth it and
works well.

You are asking "What car should I buy?" What are you wanting from your experience? What do you seek? The destination or the journey?

Visually his experiance seems far superior , thats what i'm looking for ......i just don't want anything that will conflict with passengers in any
way.

His sky seems more realistic......clouds,weather etc
His Airports seemed more realistic tarmac etc
and the ground,bodies of water etc seemed far more realistic.

As i said earlier i have FSX at maximum settings and the only addon i have at this point is passengers

i dont think there are any that conflict

but you may find useing some addons to hurt your score

once i was useing FSp with FDC live cockpit, and i forgot what checklist i was running throue last, i press the key to start the next checklist
witch has Parking brake set up first, FDC's copilot sets the parking brake while im taxing damaging the brakes and scarinng the
passengers

its stuff like that you got to learn to work with addons like find a order to do things that pleses you and FSP

with your setup youre going to be able to run anything, but it all comes down to you. Most addons are region specific so have a think about
where you fly the most, myself for example bought the ftx series (australian) seeing as how i do most of my flying domestically.

read reviews etc and just try to make the game as immersing for yourself as possible (traffic, detailed airports etc)

As for visuals I'm using XGraphics and Active Sky Advanced from HiFi Sim. Sometimes I just stare at the scenery like frozen. It's so good I almost
believe I'm in a real plane. For example while approaching Dublin in Ireland I saw different layers of clouds with local rain falls... It reminded me
of a similar view from the real world - I'm living in Dublin for almost three years now...

BTW: Try to use DirectX 10 preview mode of FSX - it adds another wonderful visual effects. Especially for water and any glossy surface...

Captain, Planeman, or whatever you want to call yourself, why did you feel the need to insert this comment? I'm sure the author of this
thread knows what his system specs are and what they are capable of. Stay on topic or please don't post.
