That Annoying Stewardess!

Gah!

Is there anyway I can get rid of the annoying stewardess who enters the flight deck every so often and says the most stupid things (the programmers
attempt at 'humour', methinks). I do not find her announcements to the captain funny in the slightest but rather annoying. I wouldn't mind if she came
in and gave a serious report on the state of the passengers, but not such things as "I didn't realise it was so sunny above the clouds", "How do you
remember all those buttons", and "What's wrong with the Airport movies?".

I do wish to keep the normal announcements she makes to the passengers but not the ones that she says to the captain.

How can I get rid of the attempts at humour but keep the passenger announcements she makes?

The FAQ covers this

But in short, just delete the associated sound files from the folder and she wont pop up again.
No Captain in his right mind would ever do that though

The FAQ mentions nothing whatsoever about removing the offending sound files. (Methinks you didn't check the FAQ out before suggesting them )

However, I will give you suggestion of deleting the sound files a go once I have landed my current flight.

The stewardess in FsP enters the cockpit to add extra 'feeling' of the fact they are there during the flight. Well, it proved handy when I fell asleep
during a night flight once But the fact is that when she says something about the beautiful clouds out there and it's nothing but dark
night with the skies full of stars... Well, I must admit, it gets me mad for a while

when she dose something like that she reminds me of a girl that i like, and her cousin, and another freind of mine.

i think its cute but it will probly get upgraded to anoting later

Well, what can I say On late night flights I just fall asleep from time to time. But, since I have the option to have my flight paused at
any given distance from the destination, I'm not really afraid I'd miss the spot

Just find the right sound file and put copy something else there. Personally, I like getting my coffee regularly, and I'll bet she's cute enough too.

Well, deleting the cruise sound files certainly worked! No more does that annoying bint come into the cockpit with her stupid comments.

Has anybody else also noticed; you do not hear her leave the cockpit. By the time you land the cockpit must be full of stewardesses. Did the FSP
creators forget that one?

A lovely stewardess like this should never be allowed to leave the cockpit. after all, the capatain needs something to do when Otto does the flying.

most of my flight have 2-3 attendents on board. useally i get 5 or 6 disturbences. i think that the attendents are practicing thier
multiplication tables back there

co-pilot: "i thought we only had 2 attendents with us where did the other 4 come from"?
