FSX default 747-400 flaps VFE 210 kts.

This aircraft always loads with VFE 210 kts which is too low speed to me.
Is this correct?
All the other jets load 240kts VFE and higher including the smaller 737--800 at 250 KTS VFE
Please advise.

Have the same trouble. We need a patch for this I think or the ability to alter the default setting
