FSP with 3d streoscopic glasses

Hello All, I have been flight simming since FS5 and own all of them since then. I only recently found FSP. I fly with my 3d stereoscopic
glasses and it is awesome. I downloaded the demo of FSP for FS9 but it messes up the graphics when I activate the 3d glasses. Ex.
When I use the hat switch to pan my view it does not pan, instead it just duplicates the image on the screen and moves the same image
in the direction I am panning. If I try to pan back, it creates another image and causes the screen to become a mess.

Does anyone else use a 3d glasses with FSP and do you have the same problem?

I personally don't use 3D glasses...only TrackIR Pro. I've seen that others have had bad results with 3D glasses even without the use of
FsP. You may be the lucky one who has had good results with yours. Maybe others will chime in soon....

Hello Joeflyer, thanks for the link but none of those posts had the problem I have. The 3d glasses work very well on nvidia cards before
the 8XXX series. I currently use FS9 on a 7600GS and get 40+ FPS (w/3d glasses) & 70+ FPS (no 3d glasses) with all the settings
maxed on my 4yr old pc. They don't work as well on ATI cards. Nvidia had programmed support for them into the drivers for all the video
cards before the 8XXX series. It adds so much depth to the sim that I just can't play it without the glasses.

Maybe you should try to turn off the mini display?

On FsPX, the mini display works a different way, maybe it will be ok with the new version coming soon!

I tried it with the mini display off and it worked to some extent. The image does not duplicate copy itself as before but it switches to regular
and back to 3d mode every 10 to 15 seconds. While it is a bit annoying, it is a big improvement over what was happening before. I hope
the new version will not have the same problem. This could be the determining factor as to wheter or not I buy FSPX.
