Fasten seat belts

Hello!

I have done several flight's with this great add-on and I really enjoy it.

Usually I fly a B767-300 with a lot of passengers aboard. During the flight when the seat belt sign is off around 100 people do not have
their seat belts closed.
When I then turn on the fasten seat belt sign it takes less then 10 seconds until all this paxes have their seats belts fasted. This seems a
little bit too fast for me.

Maybe this time could be enhanced (eventually by a parameter)?

Pax are verry responsive to the Seatbealt sign. That's because the flight attendants are going through the alleys with stun guns and they
use them liberally.
