How to use FSP ATC chatter with PMDG?

well i fly The PMDG 737-700 and i cant seem to find a way to play the FS passengers ATC chatter. I cant find the com 2. Does anyone
know what i can do to get it to work?

Do you have the -8/900 upgrade? This one adds the ability to listen to multiple COM channels. If you do, simply click the little button next
to the COM2 marker, and you can listen to both channels at the same time.

I have also PMDG 737 800/900 and i have also problems with ATC chatter. When i type H 265 he doesn't do anything. What can i do
about it.

well the thing is that i fly for southwest and the latest model aircraft they use is the 737-700
