PMDG 747 test

Hi all,

I just did a quick demo flight with PMDG 747 and FSP and all seems good. After FSP modified the original 747 aircraft.cfg I was able to
load the aircraft properly, although I only tried 100% fuel. In this case looks like all tanks are filled up correctly but I didn't try at 50% to see
if the fuel goes to the right tanks in the right amount. It was really only a quick flight, later on I'll try and play with it more. Please don't take
this as an "All OK, go ahead and buy it" advise.

Anything specific you want me to try?

Hi,

When using PMDG 747-400, I think you should better fill the fuel tanks with the PMDG fuel option (in the FS menu).

Then at starting the FSP flight, DO NOT move the fuel slider so then FSP keeps your fuel settings as PMDG fuel menu will set it alright
and correct.

The same applies to 747-200 by Ready For Pushback and other such advanced sims that has advanced and own fuel systems. It's
better using their own system.

No problem with FsPassengers because it will read your fuel amount, no matter in which tanks it's balanced.

After I got my system back up and running I have flown nothing but the new Queen PMDG 747 and there do not seem to be any issues
with this plane and FsP

hehe i cant wait to get the new PMDG 747

I am alittle disapointed thought that: THe PMDG 737 take ALOT of work from your machine, but the level-d767 runs VERY smooth even
with hight textures.. And i got a good computer 2..

What is the 747 Queen of the Sky under? so I can use my FSBUILD tool

Not sure what you mean...like the path? I use FSBUILD exactly same as I do for the PMDG 737. Both 737/747 pick FP from same
folder....pretty cool. Now boarding 348./378 pax LOL

thats what I use but I can't figure out what the Airplane is in it I have like 15 747's in it. I also am trying to figure out how to set the Atl and
Speed buttons on it. Any help would be great, Also I notice I only have the defult model when I down loaded it . I know they said the Download form
would be down a while but is there anyplace to get other airlines for this? any help would be appreciated

For the moment their download section for liveries is down to be able to cope with the high demand but it should be back up soon (
according to them )
