Fs passenger bug Impossible to unload pax after landing

Hello,
i just land at KISP Long Island and it was not possible to unload pax
In the window of Fsp "most passenger are sleeping" exptional flight,ect
but i was at the gates cut off the engine ! impossible to set the belt off
and i had to abort the flight
last flight it was after 3h30 of flying !!
the problem appear for each flight and each aircraft now,sometimes just after taxi Fsp stop to register the flight at any moment during the
flight for x reason !
i precise i run with the last version

Did you set the parking brake? This is a requirement, along with unbuckling seat belts and opening the unloading door.

Parking brake is ctl-p.

Seatbelts are ctl-shift-B.

Open door is shift-E.

Yes all the fonctions are ok,of course parking brake set ect
i tried again and nothing has changed,i precise that all failures are ok and the check list too !!!

Uh, actually, to activate the parking brake, you would press Ctrl-Period. To disembark the flight, you would set the parking brake, and then
open the door. You can then wait for all the passengers to exit the plane, or immediately end the flight by selecting FsPassengers-> End
Flight.

Which plane are you using?

As Pagir says, which plane, the reason is some aircraft don't register if you open the door from the cockpit. It HAS to be Ctrl + E and
Ctrl+P for the brakes.

I use Cessna Citation X (Eagle soft) and the Beech Baron 58
i just precise tht all the check list to close the flight are correct,parking brake set,open doors etc,
so the problem is not in this way...
and i precise again that's the bug is not appear only at the end of the flight, sometime in the cruise,sometime after take off my passenger
are still "waiting for take off since x minutes"
so believe me all the parameters are correct and the bug appear without any error from me,i checked it,
that's appear at any time of the flight not, specially at the gates to the destination
it's a really strange bug and no one seem have a solution ?
Hope you can have an arm to kill this bug !!!

Make sure yo do not have any conflicting key commands.

Make sure your keyboard is plugged in (dont laugh, it happened to me thanks to my cat)

VC is only way to fly you're right !!!
I checked it no problem keys command,keyboard is plugged ok !

becarefull cat must be dangerous in your cockpit,don't take it only if he pass the qualifications to be a good officer !
