Started a new company on a low amount of money (enough to buy a single Cessna Grand Caravan). After busting my balls to work up to
another £1.5m I found I couldn't buy another one as my company already own this aircraft?! I wanted to double my fleet to bring in more
money but it seems as though I have to bust my balls some more!

It has just come to my attention writing this that maybe I can change the colour scheme and buy a caravan in another colour.

I know the purpose of the game is to fly your own planes but sooner or later I'm going to want a large company with more than one 747 in
its hangar. Is there any way of having the same plane in the same livery?

No. You can have only planes of at least different painting.
You may make multiple color schemes that will look the same if you whish.
Also, for future, you'll be not able to have a fleet larger than 40 planes anyway.
use search, there are many discussions about this issue.

Have figured a way to buy the same plane with the same colour scheme by fiddling with the files in the game so all is good.

Well what I do is I edit my aircraft cfg file add another number and title to it so it appears. Not to mention copy and paste the texture folder
and rename it "example"2 or something.
