Pilots flying on their own

Hi,

I have established my airline in fspassengers with custum settings. Currently Facts: 6 Pilots and 6 aircraft.
My question is is it possible that the other 5 pilot in my airline can fly each aircraft on their own without my help?
PS: I have ticked the option for this feature.

I hope you can help me and i am apologizing for my english.

Basically, you can gain fleet income from your other planes with each flight you do (providing your flight performances are ok), but your
other pilots wont fly them as such. Your other pilots are only used in the flights YOU do yourself.

Thank you for your answer. I have thought that all other pilots fly on their own. I know what i do now.
