FSPassengers Key never sent

I know this topic has already been done, but there was not really any useful information.

I bought FSPassengers and never received my key. I attempted to email Dan (I'm assuming he is the maker of this program). He has not
emailed me back and it has been almost a week. Anyone know how to get his attention? If not I may have to flag this purchase in Paypal... I
would really like this program and accept that people might be busy. But 1 week, really? One whole week!

If you are using an OS other than Win XP, and are waiting for Dan to send you "the code" I would suggest you write off your purchase price as
an investment loss on your tax forms.

You could try to hunt him down on his Orbiter web site, but that may fruitless as well. I hope you will eventually succeed in hearing from Dan.
It's terrible that people have to hunt him down just to get the serial code. It really infuriates me the more I think about it.

There are a very few paypal reclaim (the first in several month)
anyway I contacted you directly nharmsen.

I'll also change the contact form to my new adress, my wife which is in charge
of sales have a new job and is too busy yet.

Any chance I could possibly get a refund? I've been at this thing for a long, long time now, I got it to work once, but it
immediately dumped my
back out, and right now it just sits there doing nothing. Heck, I'll take store credit if that's what I can get.

kargher...it would be beneficial for you to remove your serial number and any other personal information from this thread. Anyone reading it could
take your serial number and use it for their benefit. Email Dan by using the Contact tab at the bottom of this screen if you are having issues.

i made a mistake beacause i copy past for 2 or 3 messages too the customer and copy by inardvertance into the forum. i've no response for

I bought lat sunday fs passengerX with simmarket. after downloaded, i try to enter the serial and i make it wrong. it's result that my ip has
been locked and until now, it's steel too blocked. What can i do now ...???? i've the wright serial and a bill from paypal....

It's good that you edited out all of your personal information. The next step is getting Dan or his wife to respond to you. Hopefully it won't take
too long.

Open your Simmarket account when you become unblocked and you will see your purchase. Your key should be there and all you have to do
is copy / paste your key where it belongs.
