No unzip the folder to you're desktop and read the PDF doc that it comes with (Its in the folder), It will tell you what to do.

All you have to do is simply cut the DLL file from its folder, its in
C:\where you placed it\FSX_fix\FSX_fix\UIAutomationCore
and paste it the Root FSX directory.
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X

.dll is a file extension for Windows main operation files - I do not think there is a French translation for them.

Ok, I clicked "cut" on the Dll called UIAutomationCore and clicked "paste" in C\ProgramFiles(x86)\MicrosoftGames\MicrosoftFlightSimulatorX.
And I found it with all the other folders. I Hope it will works!
