From my seat here in the US I think $40 is a fair price, $30 is a great price and $50 is getting a little high. Obviously its all about what Dan
can afford, he desirves to be able to feed his family.

Well i would think its quite simple Dan will set the price and either you pay it and have his great software or you dont. How do you put a price on
teh sort of expertise it takes to write something like this. to me the price is the last thing on my mind.

Still will be 31.90 euro (45.70$?) FsP is the only cost that don't raise lately... I think I would need a financial advisor, I'm good for programing but zero at doing money.

NEW: Map show now war zone, guerilla zone, failure zone, here you can see only guerilla zone, if you use the right selector the map
is "dimmed" and choosen area show. It will be much more practicall than lon/lat number in "dangerous dialog" (took me one day)
(Zone will be redefined with current data of course)




One feature that took me more time (about 20 hours) display Vne, Vle Vfe in manifest, this will be VERY usefull as you will not be anymore
surprised by flaps or gear explode if you exceed speed. Those number are taken from aircraft.cfg, help text explain all about those limit
and where to find/change them. (Of course there is a security margin, they do not explode exactly at such number)



Craps ! one of my dual screen failed today, I have only one screen left to work, really less practicall and I cannot replace it...

PS: in set destination there is now a new "search icao in database" dialog, much more practicall, I could never remember one in FsP04 so I never set a destination... lol

What's the basic difference between War, Guerilla and failure zone. Failure I beleive is the maintenance level of the region, btw would be
interesting to add maintenance handcap only when we actually do maintenance at these areas.
War and Guerilla zone I'm not quite sure what would be de difference.
Dan keep working because flights aren't the same without it, now that I"m using FSX

Can we edit war and guerilla zone? Because, I'm from Brazil and, as I can see, things in Bolivia nowadays are pretty bad with guerrila
because that crazy president the have. In the other hand, Colombia is doing well fighting the guerrila (FARC). They almost doesn't exist
anymore. Venezuela is also not good.

I saw the picture and wonder... Why central America is a War zone? Because of haiti?

Those war zone were done in 2005, things might have changed. (Pagir is the specialist of that, he will update the dangerous zone)

Yes you can edit them as you want, it's a simple cfg file that you can edit with notepad.
As the new map utility can show also those area editing them is a piece of cake
without even (re)launching FsPX beetween each change.

You can add as much as 255 zone... (if you love warbird you can do a 1943 file )

In addition to the failures generated by FSP, will it also detect failures generated by the aircraft itself? In other words, some complex addon
aircraft will generate their own failures to enrich the flying experience. Will FSP detect those custom failures as well, or will players be
penalized for flying improperly even when it's due to a failure that FSP didn't detect?

I love that new map feature! Way to go! And the speed for gear and flaps will REALLY help a LOT!!
