Simulation Rate

Hi guys,

I know that some of you might find this issue abit cheecky but is it possible for
FSP to allow me to go beyond 16x simulation rate? is there anything that I can cahnge
which will allow me to do so.

Thing is I have been flying domestic flights, want to try some long haul however time
is not always on my side . Never enough time to enjoy FSP so please guys help me out.

16x will just not work... simply because in FS9 your autopilot will not function in this speed. You would have to fly manually.

Increasing with 2x or 4x I can understand, but over 16x is a bit too much I think.

Personally I think using time acceleration defeats the purpose of FsP and the overall realism of it. The only time I've ever used it was to
clear AI traffic

I rarely use it, unless suddenly I have to do something and want to finish quick....

i only use it at 4* for long haul flights, flights that are less than 3 hrs i usually fly them without time acceleration or at *2

Yeh I understand what u guys mean. I was just wondering that was all I dont mind flying at 16x its fast enough I guess.
What I tend to do is apply whateva services I need to when im cruising and then just hit 16x.
Whenever I recieve messages from ATC hit it back to normal. lol

Id love to just fly a long haul flight without acceleration. Specially if I had an officer or captain flying with me at the same time.

@Adeel:

I don't think it is possible to do so. Also it would become a very strange flight. You would have to switch off the A/P and fly the plane
manually which will probably cause strange up and down movements along the route.

I think he was asking if he could exceed 16X with autopilot on, not disable the penelty on FSP

But still, maybe that will help him...
