FSP report not sent to VA

I completed a flight and sent the report to my VA but it didnt arrive there, I checked the folder but it was sent.
Can anybody help me and shed some light on it so I can rectify it......

Have you been able to send a report to your VA? If so, does it filter certain flights?

Yes I have sent several reports before but this last one just didnt arrive....

It probably was just an error try again doin a small flight.
