Fleet Bonus

How is the fleet bonus calculated?

So after I fly, end the flight etc, I get the amount of money earned for that flight, then the x50 multiplier and then the fleet bonus.

I have 8 aircraft in my fleet, 3 pilots etc etc.

Does the amount of fleet bonus depend upon the number of aircraft, or aircraft+pilots or what?

Also, why sometimes do I get nothing because "the pilots are having a day off" ?

Fleet bonus depends on the number of Planes you have, haveing more pilots won't do anything.
Also when it says"the pilots are having a day off", it basically means no planes other then your were flown that day.

I was wondering that....I've a dozen aircraft in the fleet ... might be a little unlikely that all are grounded :-)

The aircraft need to be well maintained as well. Have you been keeping that up?
