You mean your FSP end flight reports

In your pilot flight log, Double click any flight and, up pops your end flight report.

No, I'd like to see them not in FS but with microsft word!HOW?

you cant,

you can view the last flight you made, by going to
X:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\FsPassengers
and open the 'LastViewedReport'

if you do this after every flight you can save them, but you cant view all flights in word.
