C177RG - Soft...

Piper Navajo - Soft... (SIC said the VSI was between 0 and -50)

DH8 - Consistently Soft (I am SIC, when PIC is "non-flying" I get to... hehe), this is a flare starting 20 feet AGL, very slowly rotating from a
pitch level attitude to a +2 degree by 10 and then up to 4 or 5 degrees to grease the landing, wingspan on DH8s is about 90 Feet, hence
you begin entering "ground effect" at 90 feet AGL, by 40 you are heavily in ground effect to you start pulling back on the throttles as
induced drag decreases, but 20 feet you're so far down on the throttles the torque off the engine is almost irrelevent. Oh... and it always
feels weird from the right seat.
