Having trouble with AOL again

I have not reveived my User name or password yet. AOL I think is blocking it from even getting to the mailbox. If the
person in charge of
passwords please email it to Mikebgft2002[AT]yahoo[DOT]com it would be very much great.

Aol blocks ALOT of mail, and Dan told me it also blocks FsP mail. Click contact at bottom to email Dan, and he will forward the code from
his personal email addy

Yahoo doesn't block as much, too, so you'd better change it.

Hello Mike,

I have sent two mails one 4 hours ago when I received your first mail and a second one right now.
let me know if you dont' received them. At worse we can use the private message system here.

AOL seem to have removed the blacklist on our host infomaniak (30'000 website) but the original
and automatic mail seem to have failed with a strange error... !?? I have sent the two
mentionned above using my private email wich is not blacklisted currently (was 1 month ago but it work now)

Just a note about AOL: appart people that give wrong adress 95% of time there is a problem
with mail it's with AOL. their policy of antispam fight tend to blacklist everyone that send more
than 2-3 mails per day. They blacklist also big and honnest company that host million site, I don't know
who's in charge of mail policy at AOL but it should be a complete idiot, almost everyone
are blacklisted one day or another this is completely crazy and defeat mail purpose.

Conclusion: don't use AOL for mail or don't be suprised if you don't receive answers,
nobody forget you, only AOL cut you from the real world

To Piggy Back on Dan,
I do mail gateways for a 100K user domain, we use IronMail made by CipherTrust. It has a feature that "learns" SPAM trends and auto
updates blacklists and such. I think the product is crap compared to others out there, but it's better than whatever the hell AOL is
using....sheesh.

Whaaaaa?! I get the Nigerian letter scam every week! It's actually really fun to just play along with their little scam..... one time I replied saying that I was so interested in the "$99,999,999,999.99 they wanted to split with me" and it's really funny. I think what they do is have auto-replies to your emails until it passes like a "stage three" or something, then you get their hopes up and a real person replies.

But hey.... that's just what I do in my spare time [/color]
