Could not get Cessna off the ground! Tried everything!

Last night I started at Alta Airport in Norway flying a Cessna Skylane. I could not get off the ground, only like 50 feet or 100 feet and then I
could not gain any altitude and was forced to crash in mountain.

I tried to lift off at 55 knots, then 70 and even 100, no result.
Trying a Lear jet, everything went fine.

Then I got in the cessna again and after the 3rd time starting off the opposite side of runway I finally managed SLOWY to gain altitude and
left actual airport.

What happend? I used the flaps, had the realism setting at 50 % and the plance was not damaged!

Thats what I thought at first as well. Reduced luggage to 20lbs and fuel as well. but did not help...

In addition i think it should not make a difference as long as I dont overload the plance which is not possible to my knowledge.

Yes, you can still overload the plane. For exemple, if you are using PMDG 1900D with full pax and full gas, you'll be well over 100%
MTOW. But it's pretty hard to do with the C-172.

Trouble shooting here so I might be WAY off. How's your trim? Did you edit the Aircraft.cfg file recently? Is your joystick properly
calibrated? How's your null zone for your pitch? Did you try taking off without FSP? If so, did it work?

Anyway, here's my Aircraft.cfg for the C172. Do a backup of yours and cut and paste this one. You never know, it might fix your problem

Probably obvious, but make sure the autopilot is switched off...I've fallen for that one.

Ha! Yeah, I took off once and engaged AP while the VS was set to NEGATIVE 1800 ft/min! DOH!

Two suggestions:

1 - Make sure you haven't accidentally switched your Cessna config with that of the Wright Flyer

2 - Have you considered rocket assisted takeoff?
