Default 737-400 pamel problem!

Hi,

I was just about to fly the 737-400 (DEFAULT) when the avionics wont turn off and neither will the power!

what can i do!

To turn off engines >>> Ctrl + Shift + F1
To turn of avionics did you try the avionics button, if so.... if the generators are off, then turn the battery of too.
Their shouldn't be any light or sound after that
