My 3rd Screenshot attempt.

Ok, here we go, this flight will take us from Vienna Intl(LOWW) to Basel(LFSB) I was eating my breakfast sandwich with some coffey
in the cockpit, had lots of time to plan the flight over to Basel.





The Catering company loaded up the food and drinks, and our crew was ready to take on the passengers.





The Sun started to rise and the cockpit preparation and the boarding was on perfect time











Yep, I enjoyed the site of vienna Airport before pushback







Time to taxi out to the runway, pushback went well






Just before the take off clearance I watched a little cessna land at the 16R runway.






Finally in the air, leaving the beautifully Vienna airport behind, good weather so far....






Climbing to my crusing altitude, getting some drinks for the pax and for myself of course






Time to relax and enjoy flying (for me with a beer in one hand and the other pressing the button to get the stewardess
atention







Ok, everything set for the landing, the wind is not making it easy for me, but visability looks good so far....






Descending even more, and suddenly the sky goes grey... The turbulence makes the plane shake and the pax worried, hope it
ends in a good landing now!






After some heavy winds, and the speed getting to high, I get the call to Go Around.... No wonder after seeing that airplane right on
the runway!!!






Some quick turns and I was soon on my final approach again, may god be with me.






Touchdown and everyone can start to relax, it´s been a exciting day from the beginning.






Taxing into Basel airport and to the gate to let the pax out of the plane....





And finally the flight is over and it´s time to find a good hotell in Basel to sleep before the next flight will begin. It´s not easy to be a
pilot

I not this isn't very professional and I rarely do it but, If I am tired and ATC says go around, I land anyway either past the plane....
or behind it and just pray I stop in time, But usually I go around just to be safe.

I try to follow procedures even if it's totally bogus...at least the first time. If I go around and the coast is clear the second time I just land
anyway. So much for total realism, eh?

Yeah Jim, I use something called Perfect Sky from Davide Scotti from Avsim. There´s also a Perfect Water from the same author. It´s
freeware so i´m happy with it.

About Go-around, sometimes I get the call 3 times in a row, maybe due to my heavy traffic I apply, just love watching planes all over the
place

How realistic is the Go-around procedure in FS, I mean sometimes I need to Go-Around three times in a row, there must be some kind
of a system in real life to prevent the same aircraft to go Around more than once? Or is it just based on the heavy traffic on some airports?

Very good job, as well on the ground than in the air. I like a lot the view during climb where the horizon is hidden by a cloud. Nice choice
of livery too

Nicely done! I see that your sky textures don't blend well at all during sunrise either. Mine do the same thing during sunrise and sunset.
Those ugly curved lines get annoying, which is why I rarely like to fly during those times.

Great pics, absolutely wonderful.
I downloaded the Perfect Sky and liked it at first, but then I noticed that sunset textures do not look realistic. It's always the same and the
the sky stays blood-red for hours after sunset. So I kept the default sunset textures, which are better, and replaced everything else. For
water I just use payware FSWater.

I will check that Anton, cheers mate! You just replace the textures for sunset with the original textures and keep the rest! I will try that out.

Does turning full-screen mode to 32 bit color help? Textures are perfectly blended at 32 bit for me.

It's so rare to see someone land in Basel..
