It was a typical Italy match. They took the lead, and then in the 2nd half they were much more defensive.

Sad for kuffour on the 2nd goal, but that mistake was nothing compared to the CL final in 99 You can`t let a man like Olè stand alone in

P.S. On the other hand - who knows? 1 point would be nice! In matter of fact in1998 we were leading a good part of the match with Brazil.
But than again, that's when we had Suker, Boban, Prosinecki... Back than it was a piece of cake to beat Holland 2:1. Heck!, we beat
Germany 3:0! (Payback for what referee stole on European ch. 1996)
So... we'll see, but we so are much weaker now.

Well, with this level of playing Croatia should have no probs to enter 1/8.
In matter of fact, since seven ( 7! ) Croats play for Australia, we are entering 1/8 this way or another!

wow, fruity, I never knew you were from Croatia! I remember them back in '98. When Suker became the most goal scorer of the World Cup. You guys were
the 'surprise' team of '98, just like Bulgaria of '94.
