Nice job Peter, I specially like the departure and approach pics.
Off course I offered some compensation to Runi. I am not a bully, just see the last pics of the album now on line http://flatt.free.fr/pegase/ With this, Runi should have drink enough for several world tours ![]() ![]() Post Edited ( 04-11-06 16:22 ) ![]()

Nice pics everyone.
My pax wanted me to thank Pegase, they liked the idea of getting visitors. That's a nice pic Pegase. I'm surprised i parked that nicely at the service veicles, when i didn't even know they were there. btw. I finaly found what i needed for my paintjob. And here it is, my first completed livery ever. http://public.fotki.com/runibl/repaints/...vel-d_767/ I was up all night searching and finishing it.

Now, would you mind telling To be honest, Peter, I would like to know it myself. Runi was mapped with the FSINN airliners package (For once the default fitted) and I loaded the add on scenery on La Paz. and that's it, I was the first stuned by the animation ![]() Is it a specific feature of the Level D B767 ? was it triggered by the place where Runi parked in ? No idea... But I could not miss the result ![]() Quote:btw. I finaly found what i needed for my paintjob. And here it is, my first completed livery ever. Pretty job Runi ![]() ![]() A suggestion: Place the "Larsen Airways" tag a bit lower, don't forget: it is intended to be readen from lower. It could even go across the windows row as it is quite in fashion nowadays. ![]()

Done. Lowered it a bit, it's now sitting on top of the blue line.

![]() ![]() Looking to the further flights I could see once on Ushuaia Intl , we head back North to SAVC. Then we miss a complete continent: Antarctica. There is an airport (Base Marambio SAWB, S64* 13.00', W56* 38.00') on which it is almost possible with a bit of attention and lot of luck to land an ATR. I could even land roughly but safely the A400M once but could not reproduce this... In my previous off line world tour, I went there with the Howard 500. the "runway" is a 4500 feets long narrow stripe of gravel. Off course, no ILS, VASI or even pocket light , just a shifted VOR and NDB some couple of NM south of it. From there, just to avoid going twice on the same airport (Ushuaia) the Mount Pleasant EGYP on Falklands is within range. From the Falklands, we can reconnect to the initially scheduled General E. Mosconi, Comodoro Rivadavia, Argentina [SAVC] So I suggest inserting these two additional legs between 72 and 73 72 Ushuaia Intl Malvine Is, Argentina [SAWH] 827 nm 01:47 72bis Base Marambio [SAWB] 72 ter Mount Pleasant [EGYP ] 73 General E. Mosconi, Comodoro Rivadavia, Argentina [SAVC] 627 nm 01:49 What about this ? If you like the idea, I can upload the three flight plans going to SAWB, EGYP and SAVC ![]()

looks nice. I thought fs9 had problems with flying those regions? But anyhow, trying to land on some piece of gravel in the middle of (s)nowhere looks
challenging to me ![]() Those three routes you posted, they are all props or do we need to take of from Base Marambio with jets? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Better forget jets to and from Marambio, the runway is really not fitting. (4500 feets)
It is about 700 nm flights. It was OK with the Howard 500 and off course A400. I think it will be OK with the ATR too The flight from Mount Pleasant [EGYP ] to [SAVC] is a bit shorter but could be OK with jets I will check tonight the distances and flight time and upload the flight plans in FSN and PLN format. ![]() |
