I remember this from last European Tour, you will have to change the name of the afcad file. The name is AF2_LMML_malta.bgl, just change it to
zzzAF2_LMML_malta.bgl and let rc4 scan again.

Weird, I was correctly vectored on my approach to RW 32 ILS,.... I have Aerosoft´s Malta Island add-on, that might have solved the problem for me
without even noticing,...
