The "purchase and unlock" menu open directly a "purchase page" on a website
also there will be a button here that bring the purchase page and after the pruchase you'll
get instantly a mail with unlock code... (avoid free e-mail adress)

Also if you start a flight in non allowed area you get a text with a link that bring you also
to the purchase page.

So It would be difficult to miss it anyway.

There is also menu "Check for FsPassengers update" that will open directly a page,
send your current version date and the website will answer if there is an update or
not and give the download link.

And last but not the least if a payload model is not found a link come in the warning dialog
that will query directy the website about the missing payload model in the "download area"

Anyway to answer your question I signed with klik and pay a swiss company leader in europe
for secured payment. You can't register in advance.
