What I really miss for creating movies, is something to create some life. Virtual actors in virtual 3D houses, planes interiours, cars... street
city ..all that.
I guess someone could make a lot of money creating such a tool/game.
Also cool would be if the objects and animations could be directly loaded into the FS as well.

I just wish that my FS9 graphics could be as nice after I convert the vids from AVI to MPEG. As a matter of fact, I do have a vid that I need to

Your FS9 graphics looks as as nice as mine. I know it because I have seen many great screenshots of you and you have almost the
same Pc config as me!

I do it that way:
With fraps I record's half picture size (my original resolution is 1920x1080) and in the avi format (about 100MByte for 30 sec)
With MovieMaker I compile it to .wmv in the biggest format offered and when possible with 1MBit/sec quality.
Move9 however is with 768KBit/sec to and double compiled. (means I compiled actually 2 parts of the movie and connected the compiled
parts in MM again to compile the final video.

I found out after 24h fighting that MM simple tries to load about 1/5 of the source files into your system memory (mine is 1.5GByte)
and if this is more than your physical memory goes berserk. That was the problem I had with the 9GByte sources for this movie.. :/

I'd say once again...microsoft showed great programming skills here. (Has something of FSX). But here I may not complain after all that
MM is considered mor a free grift than something I see I running system has to offer.

About your movie.. look forward to it!! I will enjoy it no matter the quality.

I am sorry. Due to personal reason I saw it better to take all my Jack and Jane fantasie story movies down from the public.
They are all already deleted by now and no more accessible.

You may close this thread.

p.s. That doesn't mean that I will stop makeing FlightSim movies completly. Just I think they will become a touch hmm different. At least
the one I distribute openly.

Hehe, no I know how you mean it and that's good. I have no problem to share my silly movies with you all here and that's why I did.I
like to have fun! Lot's of fun!

The problem is more that Real Life is catching up on me now, I will lose my partly anonymity as HB-100 (*) I enjoyed here very fast, and
some I see in real life all day could start looking a little funny on me if they see such, although they are used alot from me by now
already!

I have backed up them also of course before I deleted them. If my HD doesn't crash right now they will not be lost.
And still somewhen, I hope, I will complete it with a movie 7 or start a new serie.

*) In Truth, I was never really anonym by useing my some year old call sign HB-100.Some years back now, (wow the time is running!?) I
was flying on the SATCO net (before the time of Vatsim) as HB-100 useing my real name as you have to on this nets. I was even
controlling then and had a lot of fun with nice peoples. The SAG (Switzerland-Austria-Germany) section was founded then and I was a co-
founder. We were so less people that the freedom we had was awesome. Imagine you could step in and take control of ANY controller
position you liked in europe regardless your ranking. It worked and it was fun. Rules where there but fun came first. Most did fine even
without rules. I never made more than a student 1 ranking. There was no need to then.
I left when Vatsim started. By then it already stopped to make fun. Preperation time to somewhat forced professionality and simple
haveing a good and funny time were no more in balance. Many wanted to copy the real thing as exact as possible. Speaking the same
way the same things as in real, strove for professionality .. and forget that professionality doesn't makes much fun! Or does it? For some
probabily. For me not.
I tried a few years later to restart flying on Vatsim and joining SAG again. But I couldn't bring up the motivation to fly there more than once
or twice. Somehow I found FSPassengers then although I was looking for a complete different product. I read some good press and so I
bought it and bang landed here were some crazy dudes always talked something about an FSP World Tour and an OTTO. Now that
sounded interesting! And it was!
