ENGINE FUALT = MY FUALT ??????

it didnt develope in flight according to my accident report it said it was on the ground and i was monitering my instruments thats y it came
as such a suprise hmmmmm.....???????????

an airplane has instruments where you have to look after for , if it was of no use the instruments they wouldn't be there , the most of the
crashes that happen are because of an error of the pilot ,and you made an error for not looking at your instruments and you were lucky to
land "safe" .
so what did you learn now ,......... watch the instruments !!!!! (btw make sure that you know for what use each instrument has )

there happend something with a smiley , it had to be the smile not the fool

that happened because you didnt leave a space after the last : of the fool smilie, before the closing bracket, so the forum assumes
the last : and the closing ) is a smilie - just so you know

How many more times i checked my gauges my dials my instroments !!!!!!!!! THEY WERE FINE i might be new to this forum but i have bin

Everybody here is just trying to help you. I actually do not like your attitude towards the others.
As everybody is saying AND your flight report is saying, something went wrong with the engines on the ground.
You didn't notice it, because if you would have noticed you would have aborted your take-off. So just accept that you didn't see it, you made
a mistake. It is difficult for EVERY pilot to admit, but you just made a mistake.
