This was the sort of thing I was hinting at in my earlier post when referring to people who wanted everything handed to them on a plate. Yes, this
community has its not so friendly days, and yes there have been occasions where I have turned round and replied 'FAQ' to a post (but usually those
days for me are those when there is another topic within scrolling distance that covers the same question and has been answered etc.). I'm going to
try and stay out of the overall politics for as long as I can, and I'm certainly not going to name drop, but I have noticed in general over the last
few months an increase in the ease at which tempers are freyed amongst the contributors here. Of course we all have idiot days when we ask something
that is stupidly obvious and then however long later feel really foolish about asking said question.
But all that said, I come from a forces family and the general consensus there is the generalisation of, 'people are idiots' and 'there's no such
thing as a stupid question, only a stupid answer'; I admit that the first does contradict the second, but that tends to make things a little easier in
life...
