Somewhere around here the hi-jacker would of shot everyone else, killed your air pressure and blew 12 holes through the cockpit door.
Ofcourse, seeing as this is a sim, you'll just hear a few pops and see the glass brake. Your handy co-pilot will than follow with a ''what the
hell are you doing!?''

Can we include an 'eject the copilot' button?

Agree... if actually there was an option like this, what was the point? to watch the plane being thrown to a building? It's bad
enough we have to live with it in real live. I think it shouldn't have even be considered...

If you think about pulling the yoke as hard as you can to make a hi jacker lose his balance gotta think about the G's an airliner jet can only take so

have no problem playing violent video games but when someone even suggests the notion of hi jacking IN A GAME people find it bad
taste...
I agree that it would be pointless to have in FS and that it is a bad event in reality. But its just game....No need to make a big deal out of it.
Anyways those are just my 2 cents

Personally FSPassengers isnt really about terrorists taking over a plane. its about becoming a better virtual pilot and being able to take
care of certain mechanical failures that might happen in your plane. Sure terrorists are a threat, but I dont think such things are the focus
of FSP

threat then they can negotiate with governements. I didn't think hi-jacking always mean't them always taking over the controls in such a

Not something I'd use either, but I do think everyone's taking this a bit far. Planes WERE hijacked before 9-11, you know. While I personally don't
think it's a great idea, I also don't think the thread should be deleted because of a few people's irrationality.

Before 9/11, no one did. That's part of the reason we were so unprepared - no one expected such a thing. Prior to that, terrorists would
hi-jack an airliner for the same cowardly purposes that some kidnap people - as a negotiating tactic to get something they otherwise
would not get. Most terrorists wouldn't have the foggiest idea how to fly a plane - the 9/11 guys knew what they were doing; the exception.
Most would command the pilot to go somewhere and they would take the people and hold them for whatever ransom they wanted.

Watch Delta Force (I think it was #2) for a good example of a classic hi-jacking scenario of the "pre-9/11" world. Norris kicks some
serious a$$ at the end of that one!

Maybe deleting the thread IS going overboard. It's just that for some, it's a touchy subject. That's why I gave that opinion.
