I agree, Anton. Very important to use the PT loader's calculations. Here's what I do (and recommend to do in the payload model's readme):
Load the PT editor and fill in all weights, route distance (took me a while to realize this has to be kilometers!) and cruise level (in meters,
of course), let it calculate the fuel and feed the FsP loader with about the same passenger load and exactly the same amount of fuel
which you should distribute between the tanks exactly as given by the PT loader.
If this sounds complicated, you can also press "write aircraft.cfg" in PT loader, (re)load the plane in FS, set the payload model to dummy
mode (no weight and CG calculation) and reload the plane each time because FsP won't accept the stations and wants to correct the
cfg file.
I prefer the first method.
