now I did the trim hard and thenose went of the ground at 110kts but the tail dragged over the ground. this is the pic I was looking for

![]() Usually you get the trim settings from the FMC, give it a try, you will be able to use it in the 737,747,757,767,777, so it´s worth reading the manual!

I pushed 1 but then I look to the side. when I take virtual cockpit to look at the throtlle I don't see the trim

Check the pedestal View, it SHOULD be there.

Well, 110 knots is too slow. You need about 140 knots. Too slow, and the aircraft has to develop too much angle of attack to take off, hence the
taildragging. So now it sounds like you have too much up trim.
300,000 km/sec. Its not just a good idea, its the law.
