Yeah, I've kept my company pretty small, using career mode and starting with a single engine GA plane. It was pretty hilarious when the stewardess
first appeared. I dunno, maybe an alternate sound set could be used for aircraft under, say, 10 pax or so where the pilot just says, "OK everyone,
help yourself to drinks", etc.
I've found there are a few single-engine GA planes that are really cost efficient (6-seaters). If you set the class to all VIP, you start off with 2
pax, then graduate to 3 after your reputation goes up enough. My 6-seater planes are:
Piper Malibu Mirage
Extra 400
Lake Renegade 270
Piper Cherokee 6
These are all freeware planes, but the first 3 all came with the effectively non-functional Garmin radio stack and autopilot. I thoroughly reworked
the panels on them, and switched them all to Bendix King. All these planes are pretty long-ranged too; only the Cherokee 6 has a range under 1000 NM, I think. The Extra 400 is especially nice since its quite fast. The Lake Renegade is probably the most fun though, being an amphibian (and a true "flying boat") as well.

300,000 km/sec. Its not just a good idea, its the law.
